दीपावली के दिन एक थाल लें उसपर लाल वस्त्र बिछाएं !.. फिर सवा किलो चावल उस वस्त्र के ऊपर डालें !..एक समतल सा बना ले ...अब इस थाल के बीच में एक स्फटिक का श्री यन्त्र शुद्ध करने के पश्चात स्थापित करें , साथ में गणपति देव कि मूर्ति भी स्थापित करें !आप इसके साथ लक्ष्मी - गणेश यन्त्र भी रख सकते हैं !.. ११ लघु नारियल लें और एक गोलोआकर आकृति में इन यन्त्रों के चारों तरफ उनको स्थापित करें ! हर एक लघु नारियल के साथ एक कमल का पुष्प भी स्थापित करें !.. अब स्थिर लग्न में या रात्रि को सिंह लग्न में माँ लक्ष्मी और गणपति कि पूजा अर्चना करें .
